When you record invoice payments (more on “how to add a payment” is available here ), one of the required fields is “Payment Method”. To simplify things, MoneyPenny stores the last method you used, so when you create a new payment, the most recent payment method will show up in this field.
If you generate an invoice for a project (learn “how to generate an invoice” by clicking here), you can choose to customize time entries view within the invoice. MoneyPenny also stores this data so you don’t have to customize it each time – you will always see the last-used settings by default.
