Once you’ve registered for a new MoneyPenny account you should confirm your e-mail. We will send you the confirmation link in the Welcome E-mail:
It’s important to confirm your e-mail, otherwise you will not be able to invite the staff members/clients, send invoices/estimates or upload files to the document space. Also, you can’t receive any e-mails/notifications from your MoneyPenny account.
If you haven’t confirmed your e-mail through the welcome e-mail yet, you can receive the confirmation link again, just click on ‘Send confirmation e-mail again’ at the top of your account:
