If you register for a new MoneyPenny account, then you should confirm your email. We will send you the confirmation link in the Welcome Email:
It’s important to confirm your email, otherwise, you will not be able to invite staff members/clients, send invoices/estimates or upload files to the document space. Also, you can’t receive any emails/notifications from your MoneyPenny account.
If you haven’t confirmed your email through the welcome email yet, you can receive the confirmation link again, just click on ‘Send confirmation email again’ at the top of your account:
