Show the period of performance on recurring invoices
In MoneyPenny you are able to optimize your recurring invoices by using placeholders in the initial comments and display the period of performance. This keeps you right on track with your country’s government rules, particularly if they mention printing the period of performance on service invoices.
For instance, if you select 10th of October as the start date for your recurring invoices and a monthly frequency, you’ll have:
the 1st Invoice: Period of performance from 10 Oct 2015 to 9 Nov 2015.
the 2nd Invoice: Period of performance from 10 Nov 2015 to 9 Dec 2015.
the 3rd Invoice: Period of performance from 10 Dec 2015 to 9 Jan 2016.
In order to have the period of performance on your recurring invoices, go to ‘Settings’ ➝ ‘Preferences’ and mark ‘Initial Comments on a Recurring Invoice’.
Add your comment and select the required placeholder from the drop-down list. Save afterwards and that’s it.
