In MoneyPenny, if you create an invoice and do not activate it – so you just save as a draft – you have yourself a “Pro-forma invoice”.
This invoice is only visible from account owners profile and staff members’ profiles (administrators, team leaders, team members). It isn’t displayed in the “Invoices list” from Client’s profile.
In order to inform a client about this invoice, the MoneyPenny account owner (or other team member) can send the Pro-Forma Invoice to your client by email by simply clicking on “Send to client”:
If the client accepts the invoice, the MoneyPenny account owner (or other team member) can instantly activate this invoice by clicking on the “Activate and send” button:
Next, you’ll notice that the Activated invoice will be visible from the Client’s profile.
