Here you can compare project revenues (total amount of sent invoices), hours logged and the percentage of billed hours. Also, you can choose specific time periods which should be compared.
– Project Metrics
In the ‘Sent Invoices’ – you can see graphs by months with information about the amount of actual, paid and overdue invoices.
‘Budget vs Actual’ – offers a view over the budgeted amount and the actually used amount of hours or money and the difference.
‘Logged hours vs. billed hours’ – includes nice sharp graphs by months with information about the amount of billed, unbilled, non-billable hours.
‘Expense Reimbursed’ – shows the amounts and statuses of expenses assigned to this project.
– Project Progress
This section helps you compare your real progress (logged hours or spend money – depends on budget method) with the budget. Also, you can see the amount of logged hours by each of members and their progress (if the budget method you chose is Total project hours or Hours per staff) or hours logged to each task (if the budget method is Hours per tasks).
– Recent Activity
This is a snapshot of the notifications related to the last activity of the project members – when somebody was assigned to the project, when they logged or updated their hours etc.
The ‘Logged Hours’ tab
Here you can see information about all hours – all time entries logged to this project by project members.
The tables include the tasks, the dates when members had worked on them, the amount of hours, start/end time (if available), and if they’ve been billed or not. Also, in case you are using the ‘Approve timesheets’ feature (more here), you will also see what’s been approved or not.
Also, you can group information by members or tasks – just pick the option you want:
