Staff leader access levels
A Staff leader has lead access.
Lead access allows use of the following features of your account:
- Dashboard – View simple account reports
➝ Clients – view client data
➝ Staff – view data of staff members and update it.
➝ Estimates – create, update, delete, send to clients, convert to project, convert to invoice, clone, approve etc – more on Estimates.
➝ Invoices – create, update, delete, send to client, clone, print, create recurring invoice profile etc – more on Invoices.
➝ Payments – create & view – more on Payments.
➝ Products – create items and tasks, update, delete – more on Products.
➝ Expenses – create, update, delete, clone own expenses, view all expenses.
➝ Expense categories – create and delete expense categories.
➝ Time Tracking – log time, track time, use timer for time counting – more on Time Tracking.
➝ Team Timesheet – track time of staff members, log hours to timesheet of staff member – more on Team Timesheet.
➝ Projects – create projects, view, update and delete projects where they are assigned as a manager, view all projects.
- Reporting – view account reports – more on Reporting.
- Quick Toolbox – quick access to create new estimates, invoices, expenses, log hours.
- Profile Settings – change own profile settings: update password, change email-address, upload avatar, change address etc.
