MoneyPenny supports user statuses (similar to Skype or other instant messaging apps) in order to keep you updated with your team’s time. From now on you’ll have a clear view of who is working on what, who is on vacation or enjoying a break, etc.
At any point, users can easily change the status manually and update their availability and willingness to communicate. To track members’ presence statuses, simply go to “Time & Projects” -> “Presence Time Calendar”:
Here you can choose a specific date and review how much time each of your team members was active (online) during the day.
You can also review in details and change (or even add or delete) status data by clicking the pencil button.
Moreover, by clicking on the status line, you can edit the status time or change it into another status.
After making your edits, click the “Save” button to save the updates. If you wish to delete a status, go for the “Delete” button.
